近日,我校設計與藝術(shù)學(xué)院(絲路文化與傳播學(xué)院)王偉偉教授團隊在人機交互設計、情感體驗評價(jià)學(xué)術(shù)方向取得重要進(jìn)展。在國際期刊Psychology Research and Behavior Management(SSCI-二區,影響因子3.974)及Sustainability(SSCI-二區,影響因子3.889)上各發(fā)表高水平論文1篇。


論文工作均屬于認知心理學(xué)與情感體驗方向,系統研究了遠程辦公體驗對用戶(hù)認知負荷的影響,并借助BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )以及NASA-TLX等方法建立用戶(hù)情感體驗評估的新方法,可應用于人機交互及認知心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域。
COVID-19疫情使得辦公模式和員工情感體驗受到極大影響,工作績(jì)效的穩定性成為遠程辦公的重要問(wèn)題。以上論文研究以疫情下的遠程辦公情感體驗為背景,以利益相關(guān)者為切入點(diǎn),深入分析單個(gè)利益相關(guān)者與整體利益相關(guān)者的交互關(guān)系如何互相影響,可視化遠程辦公工作流程。結合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法及NASA-TXL量表對核心利益相關(guān)者的用戶(hù)體驗要素進(jìn)行相關(guān)性排序,篩選關(guān)鍵變量指標。結合BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )構建員工遠程工作用戶(hù)體驗與工作績(jì)效的關(guān)系模型,通過(guò)系統地圖的形式將體驗痛點(diǎn)轉化為機會(huì )點(diǎn),以期能拓展和補充效率管理領(lǐng)域的研究,為企業(yè)解決遠程工作績(jì)效管理問(wèn)題提供借鑒和指導。
兩篇論文均以陜西科技大學(xué)為第一完成單位,主要工作由王偉偉教授、余隋懷教授、王毅副教授、楊曉燕副教授、陳健老師和博士生魏婷共同完成。
據悉,近5年,該團隊已在設計學(xué)科學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域及交叉領(lǐng)域國際期刊發(fā)表多篇高水平論文。
