WILD LINKS VANUATU

This island is a spectacular dive area where the sea turtle has been a key figure & symbol of the Pacific island cultures. Despite the traditional controls on turtle use in many Pacific countries, the last 50 years have seen a marked increase in the killing of all age classes of turtles for their eggs, shells and meat. Hawksbill Turtle populations have been severely depleted and are listed as a critically endangered species. This treasured turtle has the stunning turtle shell pattern; so in excellent company with the graceful Dugong and beautiful marine life of Vanuatu this sunny fantasea design evolved.
