Screen Legend and Animal Activist Tippi Hedren in Green Turtle silks. I first met Tippi through my friend Lynn Santer when they came to my home for dinner one evening in August 2006.

October 2010 I visited Tippi at her Shambala Preserve in Acton, USA. The purpose of my visit was to say hello to her "Wild Ones" for my Big Cat Collection.

I also met Chris Gallucci, the Elephant man. Author, biker and elephant trainer. Since the death of Timbo, the African elephant, Chris has continued to work as preserve supervisor at Shambala, the wild animal reserve on the edge of the Mojave Desert.
